OUR STORY
About Us
West Midland Sports Development CIC was created to promote health and well-being through sports, fitness, and technology. Our goal is to promote active lifestyles by offering new, fun workout programmes that make it easier for people to engage in fitness on a regular basis.
Let’s Move and Interactive are two of our innovative programmes that use activity bands and gamification to motivate children and adults to stay active and learn new skills. We invite you to join us and contribute to our cause.
Let’s Move
To increase vigorous activity, the Let’s Move programme introduced activity trackers to monitor students’ movement and incorporated energised classroom stations and active lunch breaks. This programme is in line with the key objectives of the government’s child obesity plan.
Sports2Life
A playful way to learn life skills, mindfulness, and physical health through sports and activities. We use the ‘art’ of play to teach, inspire, and empower children, youth, and families.
